Article 1: Acceptance of the terms & conditions

Unless prior written consent from us, the fact that acuerate.be receive confirmation of your order on its website, mean that there is a valid agreement. You sign a contract at this distance.

Article 2: Delivery & shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All delivery dates are as a matter of information. The fact that this period would be exeeded give the buyer no right in any case for a clame, fine or cancelling.

When products would not be able to be shipped as pre detirmined we will contact you and you will be able to cancel this order due to this reason.

Article 3: Prices

For all orders, the prices valid on the day of delivery of the goods charged. Once ordered, the price is not adjusted. The prices quoted for the articles include all taxes (VAT, possibly Bebat and Recupel if legally applicable), and excluding shipping costs. Any shipping costs are always displayed to you for confirmation before proceeding to checkout. Acuerate.be can not be held liable for (printing) errors in these offers. If a price is incorrectly stated on the website of the Amusement.be and this is communicated by Amusement.be to the customer, the customer has the right to cancel the order or to execute the order. At the right price All posted prices are in EURO and all orders, regardless of their nature, are payable in euros.

Article 4: Ownership

The goods remain, regardless of whether they have actually been delivered, owned by Acuerate.be until the moment that the goods are paid in full.

Article 5: Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Cues can be returned when not played with and in original packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We only accept packages returned to us by the same courier we are using to ship our pakages. Other shipments will not be accepted and declined at arrival.

Article 6: Returning unwanted goods

As a client you have the right to cancel all orders within 7 days to purchase for non-faulty goods unless the goods are already shipped.

When ordered a custom cue wherefor production is allready started we can't cancel the order. The period for this can be longer or shorter then 7 days depending on the work load in the factory.

Article 7: Guarantee

Wherever you buy goods in the EU, you have one year to request repairs or replacement if they turn out to be faulty or not as advertised. If a product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time or without inconvenience, you may request a refund or price reduction.

The one-year guarantee period starts as soon as your goods are delivered, and you must inform the seller of the fault within two months of discovering it.

In case of a delivery in a broken package you must contact us within 24 hours and keep the package for inspection. We will contact the shipper (Mostly Fedex) and they will visit you to inspect the package within 10 working days.

If this procedure is not followed Acuerate.be can not be held responsible for damaged goods due to this reason.

You can put without any agreement links to this website, this when it does not harm our business.


If one or more provisions of these terms or any other agreement with any applicable law, contrary to acuerate.be the provision will lapse and will be replaced by a acuerate.co.uk adopt new law comparable provision. All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, as well as these conditions, only the Belgian law. For all disputes, only the courts of Belgium.
